Carl started as an Analyst with Detring Energy Advisors in June 2025.
Before joining Detring, he interned at Tower Rock Oil & Gas and Riverbend Energy Group, supporting A&D efforts across the Lower 48. He also gained field experience through an internship with Permian Resources. Carl holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas.
