05 Diligence & Closing

Typically, buyers fund a deposit simultaneously with execution of the purchase agreement, followed by a defined period of pre-closing diligence and, ultimately, closing.
However, other structures can be considered including a simultaneous “sign and close” or a simple assignment. We work with our clients to ensure the optimal transaction structure is utilized at market-based terms and conditions.
